Here are some sites that help alleviate the telemarketing and junk mail. I registered on all three awhile back and definitely see a difference in the content of my mail. I was reminded of it recently by a friend, that mobile numbers are now accessible to telemarketers and is a complete waste of time and money.

By a chain of coincidences I found myself looking at your blog! I can't believe it is already more than 3 years since we last talked (Okonomiyaki in Daichan, Takahashi).
